We've been using Apple Country since 1986. I'm the second generation of our family to be using them. 5 dogs and 2 cats is our history with them.
The only reason I give them 4 stars is they need some sort of tick mitigation program. Their grounds are infested during warm months. I don't allow my dog to walk around there prior to appointments and am always careful to brush them out in the vets office.
I've brought my dog there since he was a pup. I've always had a positive experience. Staff was extremely helpful especially finding places to get prescriptions filled at lower costs. Harley is a happy, healthy 2 year old !! He's always ready to give staff kisses !
I see these distraught pet owners and I feel for them but am also confused. My experiences there have been amazing. They are always happy to see us, pleasant, GREAT with my dogs, they talk to me on a personal level and not over my head, and are very conscious of owner budgets. Everyone seems to genuinely love their job. My dog was much less anxious during gland visits at this vet. And when my skittish dog had an outburst the doctor handled him expertly and got him calmed right back down again. The doctor actually sat with my dog on the floor and did his exam.

We brought our young Italian Greyhound in with a terrible autoimmune condition and the staff was very quick to diagnose and treat her. They were quite thorough with their examinations and incredibly gentle with such a small breed. The doctors and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The office and exam rooms were very clean and appointments were timely. We are very happy with all aspects of Apple Country’s organization. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone in the area.
