We bought a 2003 Civic Hybrid. Nine months later, it needs a new hybrid battery ($3500). One month after that the engine leaks oil and coolant. We attempt to replace the head gasket and find out the engine had been improperly assembled recently and could not be repaired. We called the dealer multiple times and could never get through. Messages were not returned.
These guys checked out my unexpected flat tire and fixed it on the spot. Very courteous and kind service. Thank you for helping me out!

The prices are low, but you get (at most) what you pay for (in our case much less). I recommend looking somewhere else for a used car.
